That’s one question on everyone’s lips these days, with governments issuing conflicting warnings about avoiding countries hit by swine flu. But as jittery travelers reconsider planned Mexican vacations, officials at the World Health Organization (WHO) are not suggesting travel be restricted, and they don’t believe that doing so will make a difference in the virus’s path.
