Questions About Equipment Safety

The untimely death of Yale senior Michele Dufault in an incident in a university machine shop has shocked the scientific world.  Until investigations are complete, the exact cause of this calamity cannot be known.  In the meantime, however, many research institutions — and, one hopes, the people who work in them — are looking at ways to strengthen safety in their own facilities.  A post on the Boston Accident Lawyer blog by William D.
